Sheryl Van Horne

Sheryl L. Van Horne, PhD is the criminal justice program director at Eastern University, a Christian University just outside of Philadelphia. She wrote her dissertation on homicides across the country, defending in May 2010 at Rutgers University's School of Criminal Justice. She also serves as the President of the Northeastern Association of Criminal Justice Sciences and has served as President of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Justice Educators.
